Thanks for the share. Pick #45. What a steal. What a debut season. Hopefully we get to see Joel do his stuff in the red, white and blue for the next decade.

He specks really well for a 19 year old. A bit premature here but if he becomes what we all think he will a gun then he might captain the club one day.

He's a very impressive and likable youngster and I can't see any scenario where someone doesn't like him. It's also heartening to hear that he's already made some friends for life.

Agree with this Bulldogs 201616 - reminds me of Mitch Wallis in his maturity and attitude.

Thanks bornadog . What a fantastic and appealing young man , speaks so very well for someone so young , looks like a leader so Bulldogs201616 might be correct , a future leader of our club , very impressive , and iv heard very much liked by the playing group . This kid is going to go a long way , i know its early but i can see this kid becoming a star player , then going into the media or coaching .

                Great video by the club.
What should I tell her? She's going to ask.

I'm not knocking him in any way but that's not a great comparison in a footy sense.
Bont was match winner early on, Freijah isn't that guy at the moment.
In terms of leadership and setting standards etc I'm onboard with the comparison.

Yeah the latter just impressed by his professionalism considering how young he is, parents must be wrapt. He is a high natural talent not at Bont's level but along with his professionalism you could easily see him end up a captain of the club and a AA calibre player.

Love that. Speaks well, very mature, must have some smarts too re schooling at Clarendon. Good stuff.
Have you heard Butters wants to come to the Dogs?
